A story that comes from afar
1963
In 1963, Nevio Grubessich’s year of birth, his parents, Alda Bono in Grubessich and Silvano Grubessich, left a small family workshop in the Turin area, created by his grandfather Mario, to go to the entrance of Val Sangone to build the area’s first industrial site.
Grubessich S.P.A. was founded between the towns of Sangano and Trana.
The company (at the forefront in the 1960s), designs and builds metal containers using an (experimental and innovative) alloy that combines lightness and strength.

On the roof of the power station adjacent to the warehouse, Alda and Silvano had a huge aluminium and Plexiglas container (identical to those in production) built and installed, which was lit up at night.
For the epoch it was a real novelty! Many inhabitants of the area (and not only) still remember it with pleasure today despite the fact that many years have passed and the company is no longer there.
2021
In 2021, Nicoletta Ceretto in Grubessich and Nevio Grubessich, in a completely different context, take their cue from that container to continue to bring to life the idea of those who believe in something unusual and innovative,
but above all unique.
In the 1960s, the container was made by the company Neon Bergui of Turin.
In 2021, the creation of the golf ball in aluminium and Plexiglas is the work of Mr Sergio Angelino of Artworks (a cutting-edge company).
